Interview Date: 05th November 2018 to 7th November 2018
Merit List: will be available on HED web and in colleges Notice Boards on 13 Oct.
Contract: 13-11- 2018 to 15-05-2019
Subjects: CTI’s will be inducted against English, Urdu, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany/Zoology), Maths, Computer Science, Pak studies, Islamiat. Only these Subjects will be given in Policy But appointment will be in other subjects too. Check Page for the list of Complete subjects.

Period of Placement: The applicants will be appointed for one academic session upon the arrival of the regular appointment contract. In case an applicant does not join the CTI Jobs, the next candidate in the merit list will be considered for the same post.
Experience Certificate: An experience certificate will be provided to the applicant upon the successful completion of the College Teaching Intern tenure.
Required Academic Qualification(s):
The interested applicants are required to at least have the 2nd division in the master’s educational qualification in the relevant subject. The required academic degree is provided below:

Job Location: The job placement for CTI Jobs is subjected to the location of the specific college for which the applicant is being selected for.
Job Joining: The applicants who will be selected as College Teaching Interns will be required to join the duty within 7 days within the issuance of the employment offer. In case the offered candidate fails to join, it will be considered as offer rejected and therefore candidates in the waiting list will be considered.
Leaves: The applicants that will be appointed as a College Teaching Intern (CTI) will be entitled to 2 leaves per month.
TA/DA: The applicants who will be selected as lecturers will be entitled to TA/DA as per the rules in case of being selected as a lecturer under the College Teaching Intern (CTI) Job where the official duty id outside the college premises.
Eligible Age: There is no specific age limit that is required in order to be eligible for CTI Jobs 2018.
College Teaching Interns In all over Punjab Govt Colleges If there is any vacant place related to any Subject then CTIs are appointed thereon the Contract basis. All Govt Colleges will Display the list of CTIs positions & No. of vacancies against relevant Subjects on Notice Board So you have to visit Nearest Colleges & you can get detailed Information through Notice Board.
How to apply CTI Jobs: You have to apply directly in related Colleges & You can apply in More than one Colleges But Interview will be on the same date & you have to manage it. Submit your CVs & Complete Documents on given time schedule & Must bring CVs & Original docs on Interview Date as well. Interviews will be Conducted in related Colleges & Interview Marks will be Counted in the Selection process as well.
This time % will be counted & specific merit criteria will be followed, More, Higher education e.g MS/MPhil will be given 3 marks & for Ph.D. there will be plus 5 marks. Position in University /BISE will be considered in merit, 1st position 5 marks, 2nd position 3 marks & 3rd position 2 marks. For GPA Conversion into %, HEC formula will be used. There will be 5 marks for Interview.

Grievance Addressing Mechanism for the Applicants: The Grievance Addressing Committee will be set up for the grievance readdressing of the candidates that will be comprised of 2 senior faculty member of the division that will be assembling in the office of the director of college’s education on 11th November 2018, Sunday and 12th November 2018, Monday.
